Passenger Confessions, LLC respects customer privacy. This policy explains the information we may collect through our online shop, how we use it, and the service providers that help us operate the store.

- Telephone number when provided or required for delivery

- Products ordered, order value, and transaction details

- Device, browser, approximate location, IP address, cookie, and usage information collected by the platforms that operate the store
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Passenger Confessions does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy and security practices.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, ship, and support orders
- Send receipts, order updates, and shipping notifications
- Verify transactions and help prevent fraud
- Respond to questions, returns, replacement claims, or disputes

We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share information only as reasonably needed to operate the store, including with providers such as:
- Big Cartel, which hosts and operates the storefront
- Stripe and other enabled payment providers, which process payments
- Printful, which manufactures, fulfills, and ships made-to-order products
- Shipping carriers and logistics providers
- Email, hosting, security, analytics, bookkeeping, tax, legal, and technical providers used for legitimate business operations
These providers may process information in different locations and under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The store and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential store functions, security, checkout, analytics, preferences, and fraud prevention. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, but doing so can affect store functionality.
DATA RETENTION
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small online business. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
CHILDREN
The shop is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the shop. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us.
YOUR PRIVACY REQUESTS
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Some information may need to be retained for orders, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal reasons.

The shop or main Passenger Confessions website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not this one.

We may update this policy as the store, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted through the store or website as appropriate.
