TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from the Passenger Confessions, LLC online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the posted Shipping, Returns, Privacy, and Legal Notice policies.
STORE ELIGIBILITY AND TERRITORY
The initial store launch serves customers with valid United States delivery addresses. You must be legally able to enter a purchase transaction and provide accurate order and contact information.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We work to describe and display products accurately. Colors, print placement, scale, and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, garment construction, material composition, production tolerances, and the made-to-order printing process.
Product photographs and mockups are illustrative. Minor production variations that do not materially affect normal use are not necessarily defects.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout when available. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted for fulfillment.
We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or technical error. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory or production issues, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, technical errors, or misuse of the store. If a canceled order was charged, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Products are manufactured after purchase. Production and delivery dates are estimates. Orders may be fulfilled by Printful or another approved provider and may arrive in separate packages.
ORDER CHANGES
Requested changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is submitted. Contact confess@passengerconfessions.com immediately. Once production begins, the order may no longer be changeable or cancelable.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and lost-package claims are governed by the posted Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy. Do not ship an item back without written authorization.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the shop, website, products, or content to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud or interfere with store security
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit protected content without permission
- Misrepresent affiliation with Passenger Confessions, LLC
- Harass, threaten, defame, or violate another person’s privacy
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Passenger Confessions names, logos, designs, written content, product graphics, and other brand materials are owned by Passenger Confessions, LLC or used with permission. Purchase of a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights or grant permission for commercial reproduction.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store relies on third-party services, including Big Cartel, Stripe, Printful, and shipping carriers. Their separate terms and policies may apply to the services they provide.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the shop and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these policies or required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact delivery dates, or that every product image will appear identical on every screen or finished item.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Passenger Confessions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the shop or products. For a claim directly related to an order, any liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
INDEMNITY
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to be responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of the shop, violation of these terms, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by applicable law, including any consumer-protection laws that cannot legally be waived. Any dispute related to an order, the shop, or these terms will be handled by a court or other lawful forum with proper jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
CHANGES
We may update these terms as the store or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
